During the exhibition
Exhibitor Arrival
Based on the size of your booth, the advertising materials you will be distributing, as well as the specific equipment you will be using and will need to properly set up, it is reasonable to plan for an hour of preparation before the doors are opened to the public. On the day of the event, the exhibition room will open at 7:30 a.m.

Booth set-up
- All structures will be installed by our decorator except for your own booth
- You must set up your booth on Thursday, September 18, between 7:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Trolleys will be available at the loading dock to transport your materials
Meals for Exhibitors
Box lunches will be served in the Foyer Gouverneur on Friday, September 19 and Saturday, September 20 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Furniture
Your package includes a selection of furniture for your booth – either a table and two chairs or a counter and two stools, one wastepaper basket and a grounding mat.
If you require additional furniture, it is preferable to reserve it prior to the career fair, as some items may not be available on-site during the event.

Empty Boxes
- All empty boxes must be stored outside of the exhibition room (according to City of Montreal fire regulations)
- Labels will be provided for the identification of your boxes
- Once your boxes have been labeled, a Hotel employee will store them for you
- Stored boxes will be returned to you at the closing of the event
