General Information:

Hours open to the public:

    Friday, Sept. 19, from 11:00 a.m to 8:30 p.m
    Saturday, Sept. 20, from 9:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m

Hours for exhibitor set-up:

    Thursday, Sept. 18, from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
    Friday, Sept. 19, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Deliveries

  • The delivery of all materials for your booth may be done on Thursday, September 18, between 8h00 and 16h00.
  • The loading dock is located off Peel St., and is open Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 16h00. If you require service outside of these hours, contact Security by pressing the intercom at the loading dock.
  • Do not forget to label your boxes! (company name, event name, booth number)

Your Team

  • All members of your team who are attending the event must have a badge to be able to access the premises.
  • Badges will be available at the information desk located near the entrance to the exhibition room.

Parking

  • Self-parking ($15 CAD plus tax per night and does not include in/out privilege)
  • Valet parking ($23 CAD plus tax per night and includes in/out privilege)
